Just came up with the idea of nerd dating.Any better place?

I just joined this site in hopes of finding someone locally to potentially date, but for the most part every woman in my area hasn't been logged in during the last few months. Are there any other sites out there with active people for online nerd dating?

`I can tell you other sites are problematic as well. Even if they don't share the same problem as you noted here, they share a host of other, different problems that often make them not worth the time. Some sites I've visited would feature a plethora, but no one would talk. In fact, one site had no one I could totally get along with sending back to me, but on the other hand had some people I knew for sure I wouldn't get along with wanting to talk (whom all might've been the more desperate of the lot, but everyone ought to have some standards for what they want regardless, or else they'll end up screwing themselves). I don't doubt this is also a fairly common story.

As for this site, I've learned (especially from previous relationships let alone this site) not to worry much about distance anyway, and realize that, despite the lack of activity, the people I've messaged here are generally kind enough to at least message back, which is a huge, HUGE advantage. So hang in there and be patient, you may be rewarded.
