Hey all, just joined so I figured I'd write up one of these about myself. I'm here for friends and a new relationship, I broke up with my ex about a month ago (it was a five year relationship) and I really haven't dated anyone since high school so I'm trying to learn it again. But yeah so far it seems like everyone here is awesome :3

`Wow almost three years since I posted this topic... I cannot even begin to describe the crazy-ness that my life has been, and I look forward to whatever shenanigans cross my path!

I've been in three relationships since this message (all were pretty bad) and I've been happily single for over a year now. I've learned quite a bit though from those awful relationships and my main goal relationship-wise has changed.

Also after reviewing my past message it isn't too much of an introduction so let me be a little bit more... descriptive.

Hey all, my name's John and I'm a 26 year old nerd through and through (I make no attempt to hide this). I play video games, I'm heavily versed in "internet", I delight in the prospect of new anime, I love to doodle and find that it takes up a lot of my free time (especially doodling dinosaurs). I'm an IT guy for a government branch of health care, which is pretty B-A.

I'm extremely shy in social situations (i.e. parties featuring 9+ people), but once I'm comfortable I'm quite the character. I'm also shy when meeting people for the first time so that's kind of a killer when it comes to dating.
