If Tom was buying a laptop and it has a price of $1735, and that price is a base value of 10. but Tom receives a discount of 10% off of that price plus any other possible rebates. what is the amount that he will pay if 10111011001 will result in a number of a base value of 10

`10111011001 is base 2 converted to base 10 it is 1497...

1735 - 173.50(10%) = 1561.50
other rebates must total 64.50.
