I love those games. I would do horrible, horrible things to play ME3 right now.

`I really enjoyed the story in Mass Effect, as well as the characters. Though sadly some of the gameplay aspects just made it impossible for me to get immersed.
Bioware did a slight bit better in Dragon Age, but I still feel like their best game was Kotor 1.

`I never did play the KOTOR games, but I've played both the "Mass Effect" and "Dragon Age" series, and I do prefer "Mass Effect". I'm looking forward to ME3, but I'm a bit disappointed, because from what I've seen, it doesn't look much like an RPG at all anymore. The market is saturated with shooters already, but lacking quality western RPG's.

`OH YES PLEASE MASS EFFECT.
Failing all my finals once ME3 (plus collector's goodies) arrives at my doorstep in a very real possibility for me. (I do hope its not too CoD in space. I need my extensive squad interaction, dammit.)
I tried to play DA, but then I accidentally made a really hideous creature in the character creator. I named her Saltporque and she was a city elf about to get hitched. :y I kinda ruined it for myself, and now I can never take it seriously.

`I love the mass effect series. I was invested since the first one. The second threw me off a little bit because in the first one they explained why ammo was basically infinite, but then there were thermal clips. And a lot of the stats were taken out, thus vastly reducing the RPG aspect. But I was okay with that because ME2 was still a good game, just different than the first.
But Mass Effect 3 was the greatest disappointment I have ever experienced in my life. Honestly, I would have been less disappointed if my mother decided when I was nine that we weren't going to celebrate x-mas or my birthday anymore.

`I just played mass effect and have started mass effect 2. It's ruining my life because it's pretty much all I can think about. I imported my character who had romanced Kaidan and the whole Horizon thing is really pissing me off.

`in my opinion ME was the worst one. between the clunky combat and that damn rover, the only awesome thing i liked from that game was the story. ME2 was much better, and i really liked collecting ur crew and doing missions to learn about each of their back story. ME 3 is all out freaking war. by the end of it you will feel exhausted! they did an awesome job adding real weight to every decision and the cut scenes after every mission are just amazing. very few game series get me emotional, but i did shed a tear for my pals Garris and Mordin who did not make it in my games. poor guys. such great games that get better every time..... unless you are a number crunching rpg geek (totally cool).. then maybe just stick to the first one.
