Yes that is my name, and just about everything I know in Binary
but don't be discouraged by that! Because of the open hostility between me and my ancient laptop, computer wizzes are more than welcome to chat as long as you're willing to be forgiving about my ignorance.
I love to read (Duglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, John Ajvide Lindqvist) classics, manga, graphic novels and fiction.
I also love films and series both animated and non-animated such as
Tim Burton, Cohen brothers, Quentin Tarrantino,
Dead like me, Veronica Mars, Bones, Buffy, Heroes, Nurse Jackie
and my all time favourite COWBOY BEBOP!
Is there anyone out there that's herd of it, maybe even seen it?
What else...oh I do amigurumi (crocheted or knitted stuffed toys) in the forms of various beasties, pokémon and super mario characters. And I bake, mostly cupcakes, which I go so nerdy about that it can take me days rather than hours.
I somewhat lost the contact with my local nerd community a couple of years back (we were heavy in to pen-and-paper role playing and boardgames ) and I miss the comradery we had. I guess that's why I'm here hoping to give and receive nerdy love amongst all you glorious people!

I have all of the bebop soundtracks on my MP3 and people tend to look at me funny when I tell them what I'm listening to.
What type of amigurumi are you in to? Do you create your own patterns?

`The soundtracks are awesome! I also have the movie on dvd.
I'm into animal plushes and sometimes weird stuff like plants, cakes, and tea sets. I'm not that good enough to make my own patterns unfortunately ^^;
What kind do you make?

`I like video game-characters and cute monsters ^-^
I would love to be good enough to make my own patterns, but for now I'm restricted to the many lovely people out there putting free patterns up on their blogs and websites.
