I get really angry, for a bunch of reasons I won't get into, and sometimes I try to distract myself but sometimes I just kinda stew about it and feel really aggravated.

So i just started talking with more people and being more outgoing. Sadly though the last several times I've tried to move on t other people they ended up being lesbians, although I'm friends with one of them and her girlfriend now

`Frankly, I get pissed off. I posted a thread on this board ("Cheated On") explaining my situation already, so I won't delve into that, but after reading, it should be obvious why. She'll still screw her life up considering how she is, but I still become mad anyway. Pretty sure that wouldn't happen any more if I found someone, and that should also be obvious why.

`At first I was very bitter and angry. My ex and I were together for 10 years and engaged, we called it off a month before we were suppose to get married. After 2 years, the anger went away and I am the happiest I have ever been. I feel free - once in awhile I get a little mad at myself for wasting so much time on him, but it's life and I am more myself than I have ever been. It'll get better with time :)

`Obviously we all have to find our private ways to cope as well such as crying all alone, ordering large quantities of delicious food and then cuddling with your puppy while watching cartoon movies...ahem...or something like that...
but my favorite quote about dealing with break-ups is still "Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick and pull yourself together". Thank you Elizabeth Taylor. I will.
