I'd be a teleporter for sure. To be able to go anywhere I want at any given moment would be the best. Healing would also be awesome.

`I would have to go with invisibility for the simple fact that it would amuse me to see everyones face as a t-shirt and pair of jeans walks down the street. Plus its a legitimate reason to be able to walk naked in public XD.

I would choose the power bend energy and matter to my will!
Why?
Reason 1 - Money:
Just power up some energy beam out of my crotch into a steam generator to turn a titanic turbine, and bam! Infinite power! You'd be paying me the power bill.
Or just blast lead into gold by manipulating the atomic nuclei.
Reason 2 - Long life/augmentation
Old age giving me sickness?
I'd manipulate my own matter! Diseased parts, DNA, whatever into a previous state of non-decay! Hell! I'd upgrade my body into a damn terminator.
Reason 3 - God-like power.
Make your own islands. Bake annoying people. Revive annoying people.
Then bake them again. Bake a trillion cookies with a thought.
Bake a meteor. Give cookies to the billions of people you just saved.
End world hunger. Make everyone's body a super model.
Reason 4 - Manipulation of energy and matter gives you power over space-time.
Wanna see the universe? Wanna wear a black hole around your neck like a pendant? Maybe black hole rings with tiny black holes instead of black pearls. Build an Iron-man suit. Power it with a super massive galactic black hole.
Visit your future grandsons. Visit your long dead parents. Maybe save their lives. Maybe end their lives yourself.
Reason 5 - All the previous abilities give you almost enough time to level your Diablo 2 caracter to level 99.

This couldn't be more unspecific. Cheater
I think telekinesis is most useful in everyday life. Also teleportation would be nice, would save me a lot of money and time. On the downside, with those two I'd probably lose my already pitiful muscles. Then again, I could just move myself telekinetically when that happens :D
