In terms of speed, it would have to be Quicksilver!

`i would say wolverine fast reflexes enhances instincts plus how fast would the flash really be after a good ol adamantium wound flash sux wolverine kicks ass, also nightcrawler could teleport anywhere grab flash and drop him where ever he felt like also pixie could do the same, and storm could easily slow him with a blizzard, or pick him up in a windstorm, and professer X could use his psycic ability to freeze him or the whole damn world if he wants and if none of those arguements help ask again because sadly i have more

`The scarlett witch would be an absolute nightmare for the flash. One wave of her hand and the flash would completely loose control of the speed force. Uncontrolably vibrate himself into the ground or launch himself back in time ir forward in time. The speed force can be very dangerous if the scarlett witch caused to to go completely haywire.

`A strong telepath like Professor X or Jean Grey would shut his mind down whereas the timeslowing powers of such as Silver Surfer would beat him. Teleporters like Dr. Strange, Cloak and Nightcrawler could beat him as well.

`Quicksilver is a snail compared to the Flash. Blackbolt's main power is his voice and Flash is faster than light. Speed of light speed of sound. Blackbolt would never hurt him with his voice. Telepaths have trouble with Flash's mind as his thought process is so fast. Martian Manhunter is a very powerful telepath and he had trouble getting into Flash's mind so I have doubts that Prof. X or Jean Grey could do much better. Spiderman beating Flash is a joke.

`Deadpool hands down. Even if Flash kills Deadpool first, you're damn sure Deadpool will kill Flash last. All he would do is strap C4 to himself, trick Flash into getting close enough then blow Flash and himself up. The key is that Deadpool will regenerate, Flash won't.
