Most of my friends are either visual artists, musicians, or pop-culture artists, like graffiti and magazine writing. I'm really satisfied with the friendships I have, but I almost never meet girls in my social circle that sincerely interest me. I'm looking to meet some people who are less sensory oriented or stylish and more cerebral. I'm into books, movies, and tv shows. I got my b.a. in literature and was mentored by a fiction writer for a year after I graduated. He's a really cool guy. He was nominated for a pulitzer in 2004. I learned much more about how to *nalyze stories from him than any lit' professor I've ever had. Anyway, for work, I do writing and q.a. for a market research firm. It's part time. It pays the bills and gives me enough spare time to hang out with my friends and read, write, and watch movies and tv shows almost as much as I want. Right now, I'm working on a screenplay. It's a hyper realist antiplot. (In case you don't know what that means) My goal is to make it as realistic as I can without following the archetypal principles of story structure. I don't expect that I'll want to try to get it made into a movie when I'm finished, but I don't really care. I like to work on stories, and I was in the mood for a screenplay. I actually like reading screenplays as much as I like reading any other form. Maybe I'll just try to publish it in the printed screenplay form. That might be cool. So, my ex is in an mfa poetry program at a school in florida right now. I didn't want to join a program or live in florida, so I stayed here. I've been single for a couple months now, and I'm kind of digging it (you know, after I got used to it), but I really miss talking about narratives and poems all the time, but I'm not only interested in people who are familiar with narrative theory. I'm really just interested in meeting people who've studied something enough or are just cerebral enough that I could l
