Pretty bold title, huh? I am an Ethiopian American man whose inner child and outer adult often butt heads. I am a legitimate fanboy but I would not call myself that hardcore, because everytime I think I am, I meet someone who pushes the boundaries of that word. I have eclectic tastes when it comes to fandom, I have no hardcore loyalty to any genre or interest, I suppose living abroad as a child and being forced to try new things, I like think has made more open minded (to a point). Right now, I am looking to make a connection with someone, without any rigid expectations, make an acquaintance, a friend or something more, who knows. Favorite shows Buffy,Firefly, Carnivale, classics like All in the Family, cartoons (that do not suck), list goes on. Normally not into reality TV, but I have been getting hooked on cooking related shows and well who does not like a good documentary. Books, from Robert Jordan, to Salvatore, to graphic novels Like Y the last man, Ex machina, Ultimates (stopped collecting paper throw aways a long time ago). Movies, I'll watch almost anything once, every genre has a gem and a turd. Love gaming, more table top then vidoegame, and more RPG then boardgames. Not into LARPing, but won't hold it against you
I tend to less competitive types of gaming, because I like to think of it as relaxation and not work.
Definitely lean left politically, but not part of a party. I am not necessarily looking for someone who shares exactly the same interests, in fact if you can show me something I have never seen that would rock.
Anything else? Sure, by reveal everything right off the bat, that' no fun.
