Knock on the sky, and listen to the sound. To answer the posed question, my definition of a nerd roughly refers to individuals that are academically learned and or inclined, generally smart, and or intelligent.

It makes me cringe to say it, for fear of being taken as boastful or arrogant, but I'm an intellectual, tried and true. I'm an aircraft pilot, a gamer, and a conceptual perfectionist, with my fair share of ambition. I can speak well enough on a variety of topics, but I know when to admit my lack of knowledge and errors regarding subject matter and so forth. I enjoy learning and receiving constructive criticism. I can be a little forgetful of some things, but it's certainly negligible. I'm actually in the process of acquiring my private pilot's license, and I'm also interested in the fields of psychology and game design and development, amongst others. My Myers-Briggs type is INFP.
