What am I nerdy about?? To put it succinctly, I'm a book-toting movie nerd with a love of outdoor adventures, a passion for the arts, a desire to travel and see the world, and an eage
ess to find someone to compliment the previously stated passions.

I recently joined the military, and now is my first time living in the funhouse mirror that is California. It's nice to be out of boot camp, though (which was NOT the shoe cobbling themed vacation getaway I had envisioned).

A few interests:
Favorite books: The Great Gatsby, Craig Ferguson's Between the Bridge and the River, Mary Roach's Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Brave New World, among others.

Favorite movies: Amelie, Run Lola Run, Tron, The Good The Bad And The Ugly, Seven Samurai, Up in the Air, Black Dynamite, The Fountain, Clue, anything James Bond related

Favorite Music: 80s synth pop and rock , classical, opera, film soundtracks, 50 and 60s rock, crooners, country, among others.

Food: Sushi, Mediterranean, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, French... I love food.

And lastly, a short word about what I'm looking for. Friends as well as dating.

Also, I like her to have a nice smile, but not so nice that she's been told so all her life and thusly feels entitled to smile at other more handsome dudes.
