I dare you to not smile! I tend to be an indoors kind of guy, but am not afraid to get up and go out if the moment calls for it.
I am shy by default, but you wouldn't have known that unless I told you. Like many other social geniuses, I excel at masking my anxiety with sarcastic wit and humor (see "smartass").
I find it very difficult to be happy unless those around me are also happy. I will do whatever I can (as long as it's not TOO illegal) to make my friends laugh and smile.

Hmmm.. so what makes me a "nerd"? For starters, I play video games, and have no plans of quitting. I am not addicted, but it is something I do to entertain myself when alone and bored. I have my own web site, and I do the coding from scratch using Notepad. I also have the ability to perform math equations in my head, though that only really helps when calculating tips.

But seriously, everyone has a little "nerd" in them.. some are just more blatant about it. Everyone has some aspect of their personality that makes them feel like they are unusual in some way. I have never claimed to be a social dynamo. You will never see me tanning on a beach or hanging out in a bar or club on the weekends. I can't dance, and you really don't want to hear me try to sing (my voice is just too deep to hold a note).
But I am a great friend to those who can say the same to me, and I'm a hit with kids because I can do impressions of multiple TV characters. I can make anyone laugh at any time, no matter how grumpy they try to be.
