I am passionate about:
Baking, this is probably one of the things I am best at in life. I love baking new things and have gotten quite good at baking cheesecakes, pies, and cookies in particular.
Beer/Wine, one of the best ways to end a day is to enjoy a quality ale or wine (usually with food).
Board Games, I enjoy spending time with friends over a board game, I primarily play european style games. Some of my favourites include Agricola, Dominion, Carcassonne, Le Havre, and Bohnanza.
Camping, I try to go camping a couple times a summer. I enjoying boating, hiking, swimming, etc.
Music, I love discovering new music and going to shows. Some of my favourite bands/artists include: Andrew Bird, Arcade Fire, Beirut, Belle and Sebastian, Bon Iver, Cold War Kids, The Darkness, The Decemberists, The Flaming Lips, Fleet Foxes, Florence & the Machine, Grizzly Bear, Iron and Wine, Matt and Kim, Metric, Modest Mouse, Mumford and Sons, Muse, MuteMath, The New ----ographers, Of Montreal, Pink Floyd, Portugal. Photography, this is a recent hobby of mine so admittingly I am not an amazing photographer yet but I am enjoying learning. I have a Nikon d5100 and particularly enjoy taking photos of landscapes with old subjects in them, ie a a rusty tractor, an abandoned building etc.
Favourite books/graphic novels: Lord of the Rings, 1984, V for Vendetta, Becoming Human, just to name a few.
Soccer: I love watching soccer. I support Tottenham Hotspur, a team based in North London, England.
Smoking: I love smoking pipe tobacco, I have a church warden pipe
