I love music, both listening and performing. I'm not always here, even when I'm here. I get lost in thought about one or more of my ongoing projects, and I need someone who can gently lead me back to reality and find it endearing, rather than annoying. If I didn't write it down, it never happened.

When it comes to relationships, I'm always trying. Sometimes I'm very trying. Relationships have never come naturally to me, and it shows. I tend to approach them as I would a problem in Physics, in which I was majoring while I was in college in my late teens/early twenties. To wit, I generally try one approach and see if it works. If it does, I'll continue to use that approach until it no longer works. At that point, I will search for a new approach until I find one that works. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

In case you haven't noticed, and if you haven't, you might not be the person for whom I'm looking, I have a very dry, sarcastic wit. I need someone who can keep up, or at least make the attempt. I'm not much into most mainstream culture. I prefer the classics. In most cases, there's a reason that they're classics. Fair warning, I will allude to old and/or obscure movies and TV shows. Another fair warning, I am very blunt and straightforward. I call it how I see it, and I refuse to play games. I don't play the "Guess what's wrong" game, I don't play the "Does this make me look fat" game. Probably my biggest pet peeve among the games, though, is the "You should already know" game. If I ask the question, it's because I want an honest answer. Those games are a waste of time and effort, and often used as an excuse to get mad.

If you think you're the kind of person who can keep up with me, if you want someone who shoots straight and doesn't mince words, and if you're just as tired of the games as I am, I'm here and I'm looking for you.
