I'm a musician/nerd in grad school studying to be a psychologist/therapist. I spend most of my time studying, reading comics, playing music, watching movies, going to shows, and doing random stuff with friends.

I was a high school/middle/elementary school teacher (yes, all three) for four years, so I'm pretty patient and empathic. I am generally gregarious, but am very content spending all day in my apartment reading comics and petting my cat Ethel. I wish I had a time machine so I could observe the French Revolution and freak out cavemen with technology. Although that might disrupt the time-space continuum. I read an absurd amount of comics (I'm a Marvel boy who likes indies like Saga and Manhattan Projects). I dig Monty Python, David Lynch, Dostoevsky, and Freud (this doesn't mean that I think people are reducible to mommy issues and toilet training).

As for what I'm looking for...I'd like to meet a girl who (a) likes herself, (b) is artistic/creative/appreciates creativity, (c) enjoys David Lynch type stuff (i.e. likes weird, dark stuff), (d) reads lots of books, (e) doesn't mind just chilling out at home sometimes, (f) doesn't spend every weekend at clubs, and/or (g) thinks superhero comics are rad.
