I am Metis (French/Algonquin), speak English as well as French fluently, find meaning and purpose in my cultural roots, very close with my family and once a friend, a friend for life.

I love challenges, especially ones that force me to think in new and unexpected ways. Give me something difficult to figure out and I am hooked! I am smart. I am an incurable romantic. I am eccentric. I love food. I love music. I love computers and everything that goes with that. I love philosophy. I love to both talk and listen quietly. I love to passionately express my opinions on just about anything and also love to be totally blown away and forced to rethink what I believe by the opinions of another. I am a total trivia addict. I love scifi, space stuff, techie stuff, cars, lifehacker, torrents and dinosaurs and feel like an 8 year old full of wonder and awe whenever I go to the ROM.

I am unconventional, don't follow fads nor really concerned with what others think of me. I am sometimes honest to a fault , sometimes quirky in the way I interact with others and usually get an everyday expression all screwed up when trying to make a point.

I will freely confess I have a serious thing for a woman who is the slightly over confident mischievous minx in public and then lets her freak flag fly in private.

And as corny as it sounds I like it when my partner finishes my sentences, that we have matching sweaters and scarves for the winter, that she kisses me on the cheek for no reason, that we can be naked and in bed making love for days rather than only minutes. I need a woman who believes that foreplay starts the moment we first see each other in the morning and ends when we fall asleep in each others arms that night. That is very, very important to me.
