I'm a nice guy tired of typical women and the less than lack----er dating scene here in Albuquerque. Looking to meet someone I can connect with on a cognitive and emotional level to share some good times and hopefully more. Nothing more aggravating than having a conversation bring up philosophy or something technical only to get the blank deer in headlights look. Not saying I'm a genius or anything, lol, just want to be able to have more common ground.
I am atypical in that I don't watch modern TV or do a ton of social networking, I prefer a more personal approach.
I really enjoy movies, especially monster movies lol, nothing like mad science to liven the mood. But I'm eclectic and enjoy just about anything to some extent.

I spend most of my time, studying, writing, gaming, researching, working, and volunteering at a therapeutic riding center for individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
I love to get out and about though, especially to new places and meet new people, the anthropologist in me, and I love nature.
Growing up on a farm endeared me toward all things living and fostered a love of growing as well as a penchant for mechanical objects.
