About me....

I love to cook, and not just burger on the grill...any man born in Texas can burn cow over an open flame...but everything from Southern favorites to gourmet tidbits.

I love to read...sci-fi, thrillers, mysteries and horror.  The collective works of Anne Rice and Laurel Hamilton are faves.  I also read books about astronomy, cosmology and theoretical physics...just don't ask me to do the math!!

I love my Rangers and follow the other local teams.  I even enjoy a good race on occasion.  

I have a sarcastic wit, which has earned me some rolled eyes and the odd "Did you really just say....??"

I'm a dad to 2 beautiful girls 14 & 6.

I'm a hand holder and a snuggler.

I love me some movies!!  Sci-fi, action, comic book, fantasy, and (man card being put in jeopardy here) romantic comedies.

I firmly believe that John Wayne could have kicked Chuck Norris' butt !!

I work long, nighttime hours but generally have weekends off.

I'm looking for a long-term partner in crime...but that's a goal, not a starting line.
