What can I say, I like a lot of stuff… I try to bike to work when I’m able (~13 miles), I was a potter in my early career, and still do some of that. I’m about to gain another cat, and have a dog and a snake on top of them. I garden, I like teaching myself new recipes (loved making kim-bop the other day, saw that on ’the Incredible Attorney Woo,’ and wanted to try) and I’ve recently discovered AO3 (NOT just for the smut… though that’s nice too!)The fandoms I’m into are pretty eclectic. From comics: Saga, Sandman, Preacher, stuff along those lines. From Anime: I love Gatchiakata (the art alone is amazing!), Apothecary Diaries, The Summer Hikaru Died, Chainsaw Man, Tokyo Ghoul etc… I wish I had time to read the Mangas, but I have trouble adjusting to the format, so I guess you can’t call me a real fan. Sci-fi… the usual: Star Wars (specifically: The Mandalorian, Bad Batch, Rebels, etc), Dr Who, Star Trek, I like the new shows, but had to drop Discovery after a few seasons due to the prolonged… what do they call them? ‘portal speeches’? Where everyone is seconds from death, but there’s somehow time for an in-depth discussion on relationships and personal growth? Anyways, you get the idea. I’ve been reading more lately (I know, it’s a lot… I’m up late more often than not). I loved ‘How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying,’ and have been reading 'the Poppy Wars' (it’s ok). Favorite book: Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver, and read ’Suder’ by Percival Everett recently, that was really cool so I have another of his on my shelf for my next ‘gap’
