Looking for the Saphire to my Lantern LOL! Hi my name is Jim. If you can't tell from my name or title...kinda into Green Lantern, actually anything DC. I'm an avid comic book reader, mostly DC; sorry can barely stand marvel after the last few years. I found and joined this site to hopefully meet like minded people friends and maybe more. I've tried other sites in the past and its always the same. Happy I found a place were I can relate to others on my nerdy level.
I'm an easy going guy, with a great sense of humor. I've currently been single for about 2yrs after a 7 yr relationship. Looking to get my feet wet and hopefully meet an amazing woman who I can obviously share ALL of my quirks with.
Ok, so I'll fill out more later, but as far as the stuff im into.
Comic Books: Mainly DC, currently reading a good chunk of the New 52 series including All G.L. lines, Red Hood and the Outlaws, Red Lanterns, Nightwing, Teen Titans, He-Man and MOTU, Suicide Squad, Batman and Robin, Superboy, JLA, JLA internatonal. Plus some more I'm probably forgetting at the moment.
As far as TV and movies, Anything involving superheros duh! Sci-fi, futuristic, yadda yadda yadda. Just rented Hunger Games, was pretty good I gotta admit. Some of my favorites are the Transformers trilogy,Transformers animated movie 1985 (such a child of the 80's), Watchmen, Star Wars, the new Star Trek, and probably a million others I can't think of at the moment.
Also a big fan of tattoo art, I have 11 myself with a sleeve currently in the works.
