First and foremost let's explain the nickname. I'm absolutely in love with ink in general, from drawing with it to tattoos. I'm an artist for a soon to start online manga along with my friend who helps with storyboard. I'm absolutely addicted to Japanese history, culture, animation, food, and whatnot. I've been teaching myself how to speak and write in Japanese recently. Umm.. I'm going to school to be a respiratory technician. Let's see.. I'm very much a bibliophile. My main interests being fantasy such as your main stays of Terry Brooks, Tad Williams, and Tolkien.. to such less heard of writers as Peter Morwood, Laurie J. Marks, and Anne Bishop. I love fantasizing about "what ifs" and "could bes".. I like to expound on theories about life, love, loyalty, emotions, and anything else that comes to me. More poignantly I'm in love with talking about anime, discussing story ideas (mine or yours), and obscure comic book and cartoon knowledge from years gone by. I enjoy various types of music.. especially punk, ska, jazz, J-pop, classical, etc, ad nauseum. The two things that make my heart throb are my wife and old school Vespa mopeds. I love people of most walks of life and am just looking for some fellow nerds. It seems like I have no one around me with the same interests, so this is to all my fellow freaks and geeks out there.
