I'm a huge movie nerd, and I would say that watching movies is pretty much my favorite hobbie/pastime. I assert that there is no such thing as a girly movie, or a dude movie, but rather that there are only good movies, and bad movies. My fave, as best I can tell, is Lost in Translation.

Beyond that, I'm a big sci fi nerd. Loved Ender's Game, by Scott Card, own the entirity of Battlestar Glactica on DVD, and yes, Giant Robots and I are super tight.

Now, my non nerdy side...

Ok, let's try this...

I listen to everything (except polka). Music is a big part of my life, even though I do little more than just listen.
I love to travel, unless I'm doing it alone.
Long drives around town rule.
I can be super awkward. Belive me. Super awkward.
I have O.C.D. . And no, not the valley girl "I am so totally O.C.D. about shoes" sort of O.C.D.
I sing often(badly)
I sing in the shower(worse)
I am loyal, often times to a fault.
If you've seen 5 Centimeters Per Second... I already fancy you a little.

I often refuse to leave the driveway unless I find the perfect driving music.
Very few things are better than summer rain storms.
Cuddling is one of those things.
I use the phrases "fo sho", "mos def" and "word up" in everyday conversation.
The word "friend" holds far greater meaning to me than it does to most.
