The new and "Improving" me I would hate to bore you by telling you how wonderful I am by attaching to my name a bunch of flattering adjectives. I am sure that you have already found this in about 200+ times in all the other profiles. I believe that words are cheap, but actions speak much louder, so why bother? So why not start with the bad stuff - I am geeky, I cuss often, I stay up way too late too often, I'm not perfect, I tend to be too smart for my own good at times and I take risks.

I just don't listen to music like everyone else, I actually make it

I prefer an alternative to the treadmill, I enjoy practicing yoga & tai chi to balance my body, mind & spirit.

Sports can stay home & watch themselves.

I am a kind, warm, smart (sometimes geeky) person, I love being creative and humorous. I like to make people laugh, smile and feel good about themselves. Some of my closest friends say I am kind of a life coach at times. I am a musician and I own a recording studio so I love music and being creative. I am an aspiring photographer and graphic designer. I like coffee, pizza, chinese food, sushi, steak, dark chocolate and Caesar and Greek salads.
