I am 22 year old college student major in video production. I have an intense love of learning and playing, and believe they are strongly related. And I dont mean just video games, I mean pretty much every aspect of life. This sounds silly, but one day I was high and watching Tv(lol), and on came a clip of two baby deer playing, just jumping around and chasing each other. And I had a revelation. By jumping around and playing, these baby deer were learning about the world around them, so they could survive as adults. now, we humans are undeniable more confusing mammals, but I believe the same principle applies. We need to play with all these new dimensions of man: we need to read, we need to listen, we need to feel, we need to talk: We need to play. This is how we learn. It is a manifest of the very spirit of a living creature. I believe nerdiness is the embodiment of this spirit in the modern day, although unfortunately this is lost in translation to a generally bland and uninteresting society.

I am an advocate and practitioner of responsible consciousness expansion, although that has not always been the case. I enjoy reading interesting thins and trying to write a few of my own, and dabbling in all sorts of arts, even though the results are not always spectacular.

I have become more introverted in the past few years for several reasons, mostly due to moving to a new college and not putting myself in opportunities to meet new people, some mild anxiety developed from some alcohol/drug experimentation and an unfortunate encounter with a well disguised succubus. I am on the mend on all these aspects, although there are still a few lingering scars. However, I also feel that often the people most worth knowing are hardest to get to know, i.e the "nerds" or "introverts". Thus is why I have taken to the internets to meet such people. A boy has the right to dream.
As for what I am looking for, anyone who has found the above babble interesting and wants to talk
