Looking for women who share my eclectic interests. I am a law enforcement officer with an underlying geeky side. No, I'm not a mall cop, or "security". I'm a full fledged peace officer.

I try to leave work at work and spend my time at home relaxing with the occasional trip to wherever. I work hard, in a pretty stressful environment, so when I'm off work I don't like to go go go. If I do go somewhere, it's more likely something laid back like an art museum, the zoo, or an amusement park. I really don't want to go to a loud club, or dive bar with tons of people being drunk and stupid. Yes, I will go out with a few friends now and then for a drink at a restaurant. But that's not my idea of unwinding. I want to spend time with someone who I can talk to, share things with, and generally have a good time no matter what we do.

I have a 5 year old son that I share custody of. He is absolutely the most important thing to me. Being in law enforcement and sharing custody of a child leaves little time for anything else, but I do manage to have fun. I have been separated and divorced from my ex for over 3 years so I'm not on the rebound. We have a great working relationship for the benefit of our son.

I have an incurable thirst for knowledge. I built all of my computers, work on my own car, am very mechanically inclined and can fix most things if I have to.

I really like to watch movies whenever I get a chance. It's a perfect way for me to escape and wind down. I have a PS3, Xbox 360, and a Wii. Blu-ray movies look absolutely great. My favorite anime series is Samurai Champloo. I'm not so into the comedic anime series'.
