I'm a young guy with mild to moderate nerdiness looking for friends, lovers and everything in between. I am very socially conscious and spend many of my weekends volunteering with New York Cares. I like reading, playing video games, and trying new things. I like writing and hope to someday publish my stories. I like taking unusual trips when money and time permit, and I'd like to travel a lot more. My favorite genres of movies and books are science fiction, fantasy and history. On tv, I love Stewart/Colbert, Mythbusters and most anything on History and Discovery channels. My personal interests are something of a sample platter, and I consider myself something of a Renaissance man dabbling in a bit of everything. I'm also a big fan of passionate conversation and the exchange of great ideas and bizarre facts.
