This is one of those questions I always find difficult to answer; how do you describe yourself and make yourself sound good without sounding ridiculously pompous and self-centered? Well, I have recently moved to the area to get a Masters in Library Science. I spend most of my time either studying or hanging out at home with my cat Spock, so I'd like to meet somebody new. I enjoy reading books; recently I've been reading through Terry Pratchett's Discworld Novels. I am also a movie fanatic; I enjoy all types of movies from all types of genres. Some of my favorites include The Princess Bride, Halloween, Annie Hall, The Dark Knight, Nosferatu, The Tingler, Brazil, and Blue Velvet.

And here's the other difficult part of this question; it's hard to express what exactly you are looking for in someone else. I'd definitely like to meet someone who enjoys movies in the same way and of the same type that I do. I'd be interested in both finding a new friend and starting a new relationship. I'd like to meet someone who is a genuinely nice person. I will let you know in advance that within the last year I've gotten out of a pretty bad marriage, and I am hoping to meet someone who is a better match with me.
