I am looking for someone with whom to establish a good relationship as friends and then see if anything comes from that.
I am a bit geeky and enjoy fantasy/sci-fi/horror books and movies, comics, the occasional RPG, photography, sometimes hiking though mostly only in Autumn, cultural events and experiences, trying new things and places whether it's bars, restaurants or whatever. I love museums and history centers, old architectural features, the occasional live band or performance, and plenty of other stuff. I am a secret Joss Whedon fan. Although, I guess it's not much of a secret anymore...unless you promise not to tell anyone.
I would ideally like to find a Buffy fangirl to get together with on a semi-regular basis and glory in Joss. I would love to go out with a fan of old horror/sci-fi movies, the 50s-60s is my favorite era for those films. I also enjoy some surrealist, independent film like Jorodowski, Kenneth Anger, etc. Major major plusses if you even come close to being as big a John Waters fan as I am.
I love going to the movies and perusing the bookstores.
