Artist and science lover I'm an artist, writer and practicing biologist. I love learning and writing about bizarre, little-known animals with a particular passion for marine biology and entomology (the study of insects). I'm mostly just working towards a degree so I can finally call myself a real scientist, after which I intend to go mad and find an excuse to swear revenge on society.

I'm as drama-free as people come. I literally don't experience jealousy, I don't anger easily, and I've really never had a bad experience getting along with anyone. I don't have to fake or force being amiable, I just genuinely like most people I've met.

I enjoy sightseeing and trips to just about anywhere. Museums, parks, historical architecture, curio shops, or just driving through towns I've never seen before. My single favorite physical activity is hiking; I love cool, shady forests, winding mountain trails, creeks and all the fascinating life to encounter. Sadly, if you live anywhere close to me you already know it's flat as a pancake around here.

I have a lot of miscellaneous hobbies. I raise insects, collect Halloween decorations, practice as a cartoonist and run a whole website, bogleech.com, where you can see my comics, animated shorts, articles and all sorts of other stuff. I've been featured in art galleries and on Cracked.com!
