Sp4ghetti, 40

An unusual curiosity about the world! I'm Chris, I've lived in the Midlands for a few months now for my new job. I suppose I'm here as I find "conventional" people a bit boring. I love to find out about things, ask questions. I love the big questions, I like to know why things are done. I'd much rather go to a lecture than a dance club!

A bit about me: I'm easy going, friendly and generally curious about the world. I read a lot including fiction and non-fiction. Contact by Carl Sagan is a favourite, as is The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I think Richard Dawkins is brilliant and I tend to read a lot of other science based books.

I do a lot of mountain biking and love the countryside. I've got a son who doesn't live with me but we often go to the woods to explore and generally have fun.

I play guitar - a lot of acoustic at the moment - although I've played in a few metal bands in the past.

I'm quite in to my PC gaming too. Currently playing a lot of Tribes: Ascend and Skyrim of course. I like building PCs although I haven't done this for a while.

I generally love science fiction in all its forms, books, films, games etc. Babylon 5 however is the greatest sci fi series ever made.
