I am a 39 year old guy looking for something special. Aren't we all, right? It is never easy to find that special someone, but I do think I have quite a bit to offer someone whom is willing to give me a chance.
First of all, I am a nerd/geek…and a happy one at that.
I am very social and love to meet new people. But saying that, I do love a good book, gaming (both video and tabletop), all things Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Lost, Heroes, and a bunch of other things that fall into the "geek" category. A good movie is a wonderful thing, even if it only falls into my own definition of "good". I don’t get to game as much as I would like, but it would be nice to meet a fellow gamer on here. I started a sci-fi/fantasy book club and it has been going for almost 6 years and my closest friends are from it. Now on to personality, with both the good and the bad. I want to be honest and not make me sound as perfect as so many feel like they need to on here. I am honest, funny, sarcastic, loyal, kind, sweet, romantic, and true.
I also have my faults. I am a bit impatient at times, and trying to get a handle on that. Also have a mouth on me, and it gets me in trouble. It comes off sarcastic and most of the time that is not a bad thing, but well you know how it goes. I just want to be honest about who I am.
I am looking for someone that is sweet, kind, a bit nerdy. Maybe we can learn new things about each other. A sense of humor is a must and someone that could make me laugh is an amazingly sexy thing.
Knowing right from wrong? That would be good. Love sports? Awesome. Have a dice bag and know how to use it? But most of these things are negotiable.
