I think blurry video extracted from someone's brain with an fMRI at UC Berkeley is ridiculously exciting, and could go on for hours about the incredible science behind it.
I want to build a hydroponic system and hook it up to the CO2 output of a homebrewing system, so that I can always have awesomely fresh cilantro and good beer too.
