I am currently an English major in college, and I hope to become an accomplished novelist. I know this won't be an easy path, but vigilance will see me through. I also plan to become a college professor, as a writing career doesn't exactly provide a steady income, or so I understand.
My hobbies include playing video games, primarily of the RPG and RTS genres, though shooters can be fun too, reading (especially fantasy novels), and watching movies. I don't go out much, but I suppose that's what makes me a nerd, huh? I'm an intellectual, and as such intellectual activities are what interest me the most.
What I'm looking for, what I feel is one of the only things I truly lack, is a significant other. In a girl I tend to look for someone who is a bit on the quiet side, capable of intelligent conversation, and has a kind heart. I've been stepped on quite a lot in my life, as most other nerds can no doubt identify with, and I don't have much patience for people who play games. I'm looking for a committed, fulfilling relationship and am only interested in someone who is looking for the same.
