Dating websites are the lazy way out Hey, I'm Luke. I have a short attention span when it comes to being sedentary, so I'm not often at home unless I'm asleep or cooking. I'm one to keep busy rather than plop myself in front of a computer or television to pass time. In the rare case that I do have a free day, I spend time on the Xbox flixing the net, catching up on some Skyrim or shooting my way through the zombie apocalypse. I also enjoy donating my spare time towards good causes: I completed a 20-mile bike ride in March 2011 for the Rosedale School, jogged a little 5K in October for clean water in Africa, and fought in the 2012 Austin Golden Gloves representing the Fit Pit/ABAD (Austin Boxing Against Drugs).

I made this profile to find new friends, but I'm open for whatever if there's a mutual spark. I love trying new things and meeting new people. I'm always getting myself into a new hobby - practically living outside my comfort zone for the rest of my life. I love weight training, jogging, aimlessly cycling in the spring/summer, learning a new salsa step, yoga, boxing, and video games. I love to cook! Not promising a Le Courdon Bleu experience, but I'm kinda impressive in the kitchen for a bachelor.

I'm always down for grabbing a beer at a bar, hitting up a festival in town, and dancing it up like a fool. My musical preferences are off the wall. Blues, alt rock, country, classic rock, punk, hip-hop, bluegrass - kind of bland and indecisive lol.
