These things are always impossible to write. I just moved to Rochester a couple months ago. I am originally from Canada, but I have moved around a lot since I was little. Both my parents were international school teachers so I have a pretty severe case of wander----. I love to read, especially gritty steampunkesque novels where ancient machine races have their own cog laden cities. China Mieville is by far my favorite author.

This whole description feels counterintuitive, I usually spend all my time trying to sidestep my geekyness, but here its encouraged.

I play DnD, and have been trying to start a game for my younger sister. I try and convince my less nerdy acquaintances to join in but then look down their noses at my childish rpg with disdain. I also play plenty of video games, though less recently, since I work a lot.

I listen to the most obscure music I can find, because it brings me a great deal of joy to tell friends about awesome new bands I've found. That’s said, about a month ago I was at a concert and my iPod was abused causing it to crash and lose all my music, which I did not have backed up. Im still dealing with the emotional loss.

My favorite food is a tie between Green Chicken Curry and Sushi. I am pretty sure I could live on nothing but those two things for my entire life. That and watermelon.

This description feels a little disjointed but these things always feel a little odd so I suppose Ill just have to deal with it.
