I'm looking to cultivate a relationship that can become something longterm. I am someone who thoroughly enjoys conversation; I do not however, enjoy talking over people and I don't do well in places where I need to raise my voice to be heard. I can talk for hours, but the conversation needs to go both ways.

I love and have always loved playing video games; I play most types, though I prefer RPGs and action platformers/exploration games. I've always liked to draw, and although my skill has not progressed to where I would like, I continue to practice and try to become better.

I also enjoy writing, though I have less time for that these days. Fantasy and science fiction are my interests (particularly blended together), and such a thing characterizes the book I've spent a very long time working on.

I also enjoy anime and manga, and although Japan is not the only country that interests me, it is the #1 on my list at the very least.

As far as who I'm looking to meet, I'm not super particular, but I'd like to meet a girl with similar interests or who would like to share her interests with me. Someone who I can sit next to and watch a show with, or go for a walk with under the stars, or a bike ride on a warm summer day. You know, someone I can go out to eat with and have a good time, occasionally or frequently even with friends and/or family.

For any good relationship, I think the main thing you need is effort. If both sides put in, that's when you get something truly amazing, be it friendship, or couples that have been married for 50 years. I guess in that way, I'm sort of a hopeless romantic; I think love definitely is integral to having a good life.
