The best sport for me is Rugby. It may not be very big here in the US but its the second largest sport in the world behind soccer.
And I don't think it can be called a sport unless you can die at it, just had to tack that on there.

Incredibly avid basketball, football, baseball, soccer, golf and hockey fan my tv (when its on) watching consists of ESPN all hours of the day more or less (unless mythbuster of something on the history channel intrigues me)

`Soccer, cycling, surfing and darts.
I still play soccer, cycle and throw darts.... no surfing anymore because I spend more time getting back on the board than I spend ON the board (but I still enjoy watching others)!

`I wasn't into regular sports. The only one I was into was Fencing. I actually fenced for 5 years before I had to stop 'cause of school. I started off competing just with the people in the class, then when I moved to college I was on a team and competed against other colleges. I was pretty good too, and pretty fast. I have always wanted to pick up rapier and fence with them, or a sword and shield.
edit: oh yeah I forgot while I am listing things I want to do, I should've added jousting too

American Professional Football and Regular good ole Boxing. Nothing like watching two feather weights beat the crap out of each other non stop. I don't catch boxing much anymore since tuesday night fights went away, but Football season is about to start, woo! GO SEAHAWKS!

`swimming, horse-back riding are at the top of my fave list
I'll bowl and mini-golf sometimes...
I used to watch hockey w my grandfather but I think that followed him in the grave... I don't care for it anymore... it's not the same I guess... or maybe it was entertaining to watch him sleep in front of it ;)

My favorite sport is baseball. But seriously, the idea of watching any sport on television numbs my mind like nothing else. I'd rather be playing it than spectating, a thousand times more...
