nerd lover seeks common ground I am a nerd loving girl looking for an individual/individuals with whom I can connect. I may not look nerdy, but I'm a nerd on the inside.I imagine myself pushing up my glasses and snorting when I'm approached. It is difficult to find individuals with interests like mine.I want a companion someone to share my interests with and be there as a friend.I enjoy reading science fiction, horror,philosophy,and various non-fiction books.I am into Douglas Adams, H.P. Lovecraft, and read existentialist literature. I am into cult films, and any film that is cerebral or artistic.David Lynch,Dario Argento,and Woody Allen are a few directors that I like.I listen to mainly alternative music. Music has been a major part of who I am. I listened to music and lyrics to feel, understand, and grow as a person.There are many artists I like Kate Bush, NIN, Nick Cave, and Peter Gabriel are a few I like. I think it is vital to have self expression. I make art,write,and dance to express myself.I also, sing when no one is around.I may not be that bad ask the walls.I love a good board game. I have had some great fun with Quelf, and Arkham horror, among others.I am a single parent of a beautiful 6 yr old. I spend time doing family activities with my daughter, and definitely still have a fun loving kid side to me.It is always good meet like minded individuals, and not many have appeared in my apartment, so here I am.I mostly meet people who look at me like they are not sure what I am talking about, or are not as fascinated by various facts as I am.There are few things I enjoy more than an intelligent conversation or discussion.
