Closet Nerd Looking for her Match My friends generally say that I'm laid back and down to earth. I am fortunate I love my job and what I do. I work with animals and love the feeling of being able to help them.
I am also going back to school right now and enjoying learning about the new field a lot!
In my free time I like hanging out with friends, going out for dinner and drinks. I definitely prefer a bar with a dart board and pool table to a loud club. I love reading. I love cooking, and am pretty good at it, most of the time!
In the summer I do like to spend some time outdoors, I like going on little day trips to go hiking in the numerous places in this area we have available for that. I love camping and BBQs.
I do appreciate art and think I need to spend more time taking advantage of all of the artistic outlets we have here in the buffalo area.
As far as favorites go- I would have to say as far as movies go, they would would be American History X, American Beauty, the LOTR trilogy (yup, nerd right here!!) Avatar, and more. Music, my favorite bands would have to be Rise Against and Shinedown, but I generally like most rock, and some country. When I'm relaxing at home watching TV its usually How I Met Your Mother, Once Upon a Time, House, or Criminal Minds.
I also like to travel, basically anywhere I get a chance to go!
As far as what I'm looking for - there are a few things I know that I want - and that's someone who will make me happy, make me laugh, be understanding, knows that life has a balance of work and fun, someone who is willing to and able to communicate when there are issues, But that's what everyone's looking for right? I am on here to meet people, but I'm not just looking for a h--k--p. I'm over that. Basically, I am MOSTLY comfortable with who I am,
(I mean, everyone's got something they would change right?) and I am looking for someone who is at the same place in their life and ready to start thinking about settling down and starting a family in the nearish future.
