Ice Pirates is in my Top Ten favorite movies. Look- I'm pretty simple. I am looking for a guy who gets that staying in to marathon Syfy channel shark movies is a perfect day. And understands that sometimes, it's fun to do the double decker bus tour of the city you live in. And who would have my back in the zombie apocalypse. I don't think it's too much to ask. Really.

I'm trying a new site because what I seem to be attracting on other sites is guys with face/neck tattoos (why do you have words on your face instead of eyebrows??) and one's who think "your hot" is the perfect opening line. I disagree... so I keep looking.

Me- Have a masters and am finishing a doctorate. I run a nerd website for fun. My idea of a vacation spot is SDCC. Sleep is my favorite hobby. I have two kittens that I spoil. And I have developed a strange obsession with homemade ice cream.

What else do you want to know?

I like the idea of being a gamer but tend to get bored and my characters become suicidal- which amuses me. I used to get dressed up in formal attire with friends just to go out for Slurpees and Happy Meals. I love to travel (I would do more of it if rent and bills did not need paying, boo!). My family are some of my favorite people. I love Peruvian food.
