Introverted but sociable, i'm into art, music, and hanging with friends. I am a "slow burn" I start out reserved but warm up and become quite animated after spending time with someone. I started out as a "wallflower," almost painfully shy in high school and really bloomed in college and in my 20's.
I play bass guitar, do freelance writing for a few local magazines and webzines, and attend lots of concerts and art shows in my hometown (and first love) the city of Chicago.
I am not very clingy, I am looking for a low-maintenance companion that has a passion for life in general, not just being in a relationship. A similar sense of humor/life goals, helps too. While family life and friends are important to me, I am a city girl at heart; talk of a "white picket fence" and an SUV is a big turn-off.
