Ooh, I hate writing these things! First off, I'm not a "cool" geek with a cool geeky engineering job or an interest in whatever the latest so-geeky-it's-hip-trend is. I'm an "attached" female, but lately the attachment has been wearing a bit thin, for both my SO and myself. Having said that, I'm not looking for a new relationship, just someone who'd like to hang out and occasionally do stuff together.

Summer's here and some of my favorite summery things to do are cooking out, gardening, the Medieval Faire, other outdoor festivals (as long as it's not raining out); I'm pretty optimistic and I like sunshine and warm days, and just hanging out outdoors and having a drink (not in some dingy bar, please!) and some intelligent (and not completely cynical) conversation would be a nice addition to my life.

My SO is looking for a little bit more, but that's a different personals site, and I'm really tired of looking at the pictures on that site, if you know what I mean. If you're looking for a new friend or two as well, get in touch!
