I'm an older, geeky lady who needs to seriously get out more. Don't be scared off by my age - I usually don't act it, and many of my friends are 10+ years younger than me. I like console RPGs, some anime, anime conventions, those huge creepy dolls you sometimes see people carrying at conventions, food, board games (Settlers!) and writing (fan fiction and original). I also love Harry Potter. I grew up eating, breathing and sleeping Star Wars, but am not as keen on what the series is now, unfortunately, but I can certainly get by. Right now I'm testing the waters here, looking mainly for friends, but who knows...if I meet the right person, then I'd be up for considering more. But right now, I'd like to start slow. At first I can be quite shy, but once I'm comfortable with someone, I really do come out of my shell. You just have to give me a chance.
