Egosaurus, 33

From a distance I guess I don't look geeky. Sure, I have glasses and a tendency to dye my hair, but I'm dressed more or less like any other girl you see on the street. Until you get closer and you hear me vehemently arguing over the virtues of the playstation. (FYI: I am a Sony girl all the way.) I'm into a range of games, mostly FPS, action or horror, and I like something quirky with some deeper meaning behind it.

I love sci-fi, especially cyberpunk and biopunk. Recently discovered Repo! The Genetic Opera which basically fulfills all my checkboxes for a movie. The first tv series I ever got into was Stargate SG:1 when I was a kid, and I still love Stargate. Other TV shows I watch include Moonlight, City Homicide, Criminal Minds, Bones, Castle, Glee, Doctor Who and Torchwood. I love crime shows (obviously) though it takes more than "positive for blood!" to interest me.

I am a historical fanatic, I love the Victorian era like anything. Most of my favourite literature happens to be historical literature, particularly Victorian, particularly social satires and gothic romances. Currently loving Vanity Fair, and relapsing into Wuthering Heights once again. I see almost every historical movie that comes out, although I usually just go to check out the awful historical inaccuracies. I do that sort of thing. Warning: I also love dressing up in historical outfits. No, seriously. Stop laughing. :C

I'm a super creative person...I always need to be expressing myself creatively in some way. I am an aspiring actress, and I am taking singing lessons in musical theatre. I love to draw, whether just doodling while in class or getting caught up in an il----ration. I adore photography though I am absolutely not very good at all. I read like a woman possessed, and I love writing also. I can't even name a favourite novel. Well, maybe Fight Club.

I am also more than a little dramatic and with a slight superiority complex.
