Looking for a companion who enjoys good food (especially international and/or organic) and intelligent conversation. Looking for someone who shares my interests in the environment, astronomy, geocaching, and nature walks. You think it is cool that I raise swallowtail butterflies and mantids on my patio. I think it's awesome that you can build a trebuchet. Let's launch some pumpkins!!

I enjoy TPAC musicals and pops at the symphony. My musical tastes are broad, but favorites are Celtic and Middle-Eastern music. Sufi Traveler by Mercan Dede is one of my favorite CDs. I'm also a big fan of Blue Man Group...

I enjoy dancing although I rarely do it. I've tried Scottish dance and attend the Love Drums when possible. I would love to have a partner for Swing dance or Ballroom (warning: I have two left feet and may trample on yours -- but at least I don't weigh a lot!) I occasionally practice yoga and ride my bike on the greenway.

Scrabble is my favorite board game. I also like quiet nights at home knitting while watching a good DVD. I prefer comedies and science fiction (i.e., The Office, Star Trek, Weird Al's Greatest Video Collection).

Finally, I'm hoping to meet someone similar to me (kind, intelligent, cheerful) but with other areas of expertise that will expand my horizons.
