When I`m down to just my socks it`s time for business--that`s why they call them business socks I'm outspokenly nerdy. I enjoy trivia and sharing these tidbits on a regular basis. I can tell you how sharks float or why toothpaste makes orange juice taste bad or how to synthesize diesel fuel from vegetable oil. I read everything from cereal boxes to chapstick ingredient lists. I take biochemistry classes for fun and, if it weren't obvious enough, I'm a workaholic. I love learning and working like I love coffee--as much as possible and as frequently as possible, but don't get me started on my love for coffee.
I love music--it's the only way to drive. I love movies, and occasionally I indulge in TV (it's the best place for "that's what she said" jokes after all). Sometimes I get so caught up in the amusements of small, insignificant things that I tend to forget about the world around me. I like to laugh, and fortunately it's easy to do. I love grammar; few things are sexier than complete sentences. Candids are the only photos worth keeping, and flowers should be given in pots not vases.
I come from a long line of eccentrics, so I'm looking for someone a little weird themselves. I like people who are passionate about something (not snails or WoW, please). Ambition is sexy. Glasses, boxer briefs, and certain tattoos and piercings are also sexy. I'd like someone who can teach me things I don't know, and I would gladly reciprocate.
I tend to have a dominant personality, so anyone submissive or passive aggressive won't do. I like to debate with reason, and I don't like arguments without it. I don't require a lot of pampering and am certainly not high maintenance, but I do require a good deal of thought-provoking interaction. All the same, I need someone to help me relax every now and then. Take me away from computers and books--hiking, swimming, flying a hot air balloon, or maybe just a coffee shop.
