I'm a writer/librarian and work as a party princess a couple times a month - liberal, open-minded, into geek/nerd culture, Harry Potter, traveling, reading, journaling, psychology, philosophy, the 1960s, and concerts. I'm introverted but not shy. My friends and I cosplay or attend conventions like Comic Con as well as do low-key stuff. So far I've cosplayed Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones, Elsa from Frozen, Luna Lovegood and Hermione Granger from Harry Potter, and Fionna the Human from Adventure Time. Sometimes I take part in board gaming groups. I have a pug named Maxwell Edison. I love listening to people's life stories.

I'm up for all different kinds of stuff - beach, forest preserve, plays/musicals, museums, baseball/football/hockey games, exploring Chicagoland, watching TV shows/movies at home, deep and/or goofy conversations, going out to eat, mini-golf, bowling, arcade, etc.

If your personality's been compared to Severus Snape, BBC's Sherlock, or Dr. House, you might get a few bonus points in my book! I'm particularly attracted to that combination of snark/humor, intelligence, dominance, drive/determination, and outside-the-box thinking.
