I'm a female ordained minister in the south who likes to read anything from Dean Koontz to Clive Cussler to romance novels to fantasy/science fiction and more. I love talking about religion, politics (to an extent), TV shows and movies I enjoy watching, and any number of random things. I like almost all movies except horror and I'm the kind of person who annoyingly talks back to the screen during the movie and then wants to talk about the movie at length when it's over. I truly love traveling and have traveled quite a bit. I have dreams of driving cross country and plan on doing that in the next few years. And, I REALLY want to go back to Europe sometime in the next 5 years. I've been to Honduras 3 times and will probably go back many more times and I now really need to learn Spanish. I know a little bit about a lot of things and I find so many things interesting that I'm hardly ever bored. I love being around all different types of people, I enjoy finding the funny and ridiculous in every day life (because I promise that life can be REALLY funny much of the time!!!!)

I've decided to check out this dating site because I haven't had much luck other places. Men tend to find me intimidating because of my career, my education level, and my wide variety of interests. It's tough because I really am a nerd even though I often move in non-"nerdy" circles. It's both funny and annoying when my friends eyes glaze over when I start talking about theology or Biblical studies. If you're an educated intellectual with a sense of humor who's looking for an educated and independent woman who loves to laugh then I'd love to hear from you!!!
