Undercover Nerdy I'm a somewhat private person, so the idea of laying it all out there is rather unnerving. But I'll try.

I come off as somewhat aloof, but it's an act to protect my rather soft heart.

I adore my family - I'm the oldest of three and couldn't be prouder of my brother and sister.

I love animals. I have two cats, but they don't run my life and we have no particularly strange co-dependent relationship.


Traveling is probably my "big hobby" after D&D. I love to do it and try to do it frequently. I also take it more seriously than D&D (which I'm not good at, quite frankly).


I'm a vegetarian, but I don't give a s--- about what you eat. If a relationship progressed, I might make comments about a general diet to the effect of not wanting you to die young, but that's all the farther it would go.

I can spend an afternoon watching the Food Network, then go grocery shopping and make a mess in the kitchen. That said, I'm a decent cook.

Astrology amuses me, probably because I fit the definition of a Scorpio to a T.

What I want:

Really, there are only three qualities required: you must be funny, have good manners, and have the balls to hit on me.

To elaborate: funny means the ability to make me laugh, which isn't too hard.

Manners doesn't mean being conservative or boring, but it'd be good if you didn't horrify my mom or let a door slam in my face.

Having the balls to hit on me: I've heard I come off as intimidating. I'm not.

These are other things that it would be nice to meet someone with: someone who likes to eat (as I like to cook), someone who likes to travel (as I love to travel), someone who likes animals, someone who plays D&D or has other gaming interests, and someone who is comfortable just being themselves.

I'm constantly going after the next crazy goal, so it'd be excellent if you were either in stride with me or just content to go along for the ride.
